• Vehicle damage is covered under FDW
• You are not charged for covered damage costs

Accident Procedure – What You Must Do

To keep your insurance protection valid, please follow these steps if an incident occurs:

• Call our 24/7 assistance line immediately
  The phone number is provided:
  - On your rental agreement
  - On the car keys
  - Inside the vehicle
• Stay at the scene and do not move the vehicle unless instructed
• Wait for official assistance, which may include:
  - Police authorities
  - Insurance representatives

Once the procedure is followed correctly, your coverage remains valid and the case can be handled smoothly.

Optional Extra Coverage – W.U.G. (Wheels, Undercarriage, Glass)

For added peace of mind, W.U.G. coverage is available as an optional upgrade for most vehicle groups.

This option is designed to protect you from common, unexpected issues even without an accident, such as:

• Scratches or minor damage while parked
• Broken windows or mirrors
• Wheel or tyre damage
• Undercarriage damage
